Sourdough Brioche Workshop

By popular demand, our sourdough brioche two day workshop is back for a second run at our front garden. Lujain will be teaching us how to create our own sourdough brioche filled with your favourite Kama spread. You will have a greater insight on the difference between sourdough and regular bread, make your own starter, while leaving with your very own swirl sourdough brioche.
Additionally, we will be making sourdough crackers using Kama’s flavoured spices and herbs. You will also have the chance to meet and greet at our grazing table, learn about Kama, while trying some of Kama's ingredients using Lujain's famous sourdough bread.
This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience.
A maximum of 8 participants are allowed to ensure social distancing.
