Sourdough Brioche Workshop

Join us for our first sourdough baking workshop that will be held by Lujain at our front garden. This workshop gives you the chance to really understand sourdough bread. You’ll create your own starter and then use ours to produce your own sourdough brioche filled with your favourite kama spread. You will also create sourdough crackers flavoured with herbs and spices.
There will be a taster session during the workshop, where you will get the chance to understand the difference between sourdough bread and other types. You will also get a chance to meet and greet at our grazing table while trying some of Kama's ingredients using Lujain's famous sourdough bread.
This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience.
